This feature is similar to email but requires no additional cost or special setup.   Once your employees are added as AppMed users, the messaging system is ready to go.   Even better than regular email, AppMed Messaging is completely self contained and is HIPAA compliant.  No outside person can view the contents of the messages. AppMed stores each of the communications in the database which allows your system administrator to easily view and be aware of ongoing communications within the office.

Any user can create an email style message that contains a subject line and text body.  It can be directed to one or broadcast to all other users on the system.  These messages can be replied to, forwarded to another user and marked as completed when finished.
