(Electronic Claim Filing)
AppMed Solo, Trio and Symphony have been approved for electronic claim filing direct to
Medicare. All claims filed directly to Medicare are sent free of charge. If
you want to send all other non-Medicare claims electronically, we offer a variety of options
depending on your location and preferences. All claims are sent using the HIPAA
required ANSI 4010A1 format.
